2. What is the current lead time for custom items? The current lead time for custom items is approximately 6-8 weeks. As each piece is meticulously crafted, we appreciate your patience as we create a unique item that meets your specifications.

3. What is your return policy? All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. We're committed to delivering items that meet our high standards of craftsmanship. If you encounter any issues related to craftsmanship, please reach out to us, and we'll address them accordingly.

4. How are orders shipped? We ship all orders via all major carriers and provide insurance upon request. While we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we're here to assist with carrier-related issues. If you have concerns about package security, let us know, and we can make alternative arrangements. We also offer Express shipping options for faster delivery.

5. Do you offer a warranty or guarantee? We inspect and carefully package all our products before shipping. We provide a warranty against craftsmanship failure. If your product fails due to craftsmanship, we'll take care of it. Please note that neglect or misuse will not be covered under the warranty.

6. How should I care for my items? Once your item leaves our workshop, it's your responsibility to properly care for it. Leather, being a natural material, requires occasional cleaning and conditioning. Proper maintenance will help prolong the life and beauty of your item.

7. Are items listed on the website ready to ship? Yes, items listed on our website as "In Stock" are ready to ship. We usually ship these items within 3 business days of receiving your order.

8. What about custom orders? For custom orders, we work directly with each customer to create a tailored piece that meets their preferences and requirements. Please contact us to discuss your custom order and the process involved.

9. Can I request gift wrapping? All orders come wrapped in our standard brown butcher paper. If you need special gift wrapping, just let us know, and we'll accommodate your request to make your order even more special.
