Below are a few FAQ’s. As always, if you have a specific question that isn't addressed here please contact us!
- All sales are final - Due to the custom nature of the products we create all sales are final.
- Shipping - All orders are shipped USPS priority and are insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will assist any way possible with carrier issues but if you're worried about your package being taken from your porch please get with us to make other arrangements. **Express shipping is available**
- Warranty/Guarantee - All products are inspected and carefully packaged before heading out. We warranty our products against craftsman failure meaning if the product fails due to craftsmanship we will take care of it. Obvious neglect/mis-use will not be covered.
- After Care - Once an item leaves our shop, it is the customers responsibility to take proper care of their items. Leather is a natural product and will need to be cleaned/conditioned from time to time.
- In Stock Items - Items listed on the website are in-stock and ready to ship. We typically ship in-stock items within 3 business days.
- Custom Items - All custom orders will be taken care of directly with the customer.
- Gift Wrapping - All orders will be wrapped in our standard brown butcher paper. If special gift wrapping is needed just let us know.
